01Fit check & print list

Will your parts fit?

Drop in one or more models, set quantity and material for each, and see them laid out together on the build plate. Then send the list for a quote. Your files stay on your device until you choose to send them.

    04Capabilities

    The machine

Prints run on a Bambu Lab H2S with an actively heated, enclosed chamber. That keeps ABS, ASA, nylon and polycarbonate from warping, so large engineering parts come off the plate flat and dimensionally accurate.

Parts larger than the build volume can be split into sections with alignment features and bonded or fastened together.

    How ordering works

    STEP 1

    Send your file

Upload details on the contact form or email a SolidWorks, STEP, STL or 3MF file. No CAD? Send a sketch or photo and we'll model it.

    STEP 2

    Get a quote

Priced per part from material, print time and quantity, with a recommended material and turnaround.

    STEP 3

    Pick up or ship

Local pickup in Ventura County, or shipped anywhere in the US.

    06File tips

    Getting the best print

    Send SolidWorks or STEP

Native SolidWorks and STEP files keep true geometry, so we can adjust holes and fits for printing instead of guessing from a mesh.

    Call out critical dimensions

Tell us which bores, slots or mating faces matter. We'll orient the part and tune clearances to hold them.

Walls of 2 mm or more

Thicker walls print stronger and more reliably. Thin features under 1 mm may need redesign.

    Plan for threads

Use heat-set inserts for threads that get reused. We can add the bosses and install inserts for you.

    Have a part to print?

Send the file and what it needs to do, and we'll recommend a material and quote it.
