Functional prototypes, fixtures and low-volume parts printed in engineering materials, with material, orientation and wall settings chosen by an engineer for how the part will actually be used.
Drop in one or more models, set quantity and material for each, and see them laid out together on the build plate. Then send the list for a quote. Your files stay on your device until you choose to send them.
Your parts will show up here.
Select a part in the list to change its settings.
Estimates only: 5 mm spacing between parts, simple row packing, and weight from typical wall and infill settings. Final layout and pricing are confirmed with your quote.
Your print list and model files are attached below. Add your contact info and send.
Check form, fit and function before committing to machined or molded parts.
Soft jaws, drill guides, assembly nests and inspection fixtures for the shop floor.
Brackets, mounts, enclosures and covers in tough, heat-resistant materials.
Broken or discontinued plastic parts measured, modeled and reprinted.
| Material | Best for | Heat resistance | Strength |
|---|---|---|---|
| PLA | Visual prototypes, fit checks, low-stress parts | Low | Medium |
| PETG | General functional parts, light outdoor use | Medium | Medium |
| ABS / ASA | Enclosures, automotive, outdoor and UV-exposed parts | High | Medium |
| TPU | Gaskets, bumpers, grips and flexible parts | Medium | Flexible |
| PC | Tough, impact-resistant and high-temperature parts | Very high | High |
| Nylon / CF | Fixtures, brackets and wear parts needing stiffness | High | Very high |
Prints run on a Bambu Lab H2S with an actively heated, enclosed chamber. That keeps ABS, ASA, nylon and polycarbonate from warping, so large engineering parts come off the plate flat and dimensionally accurate.
Parts larger than the build volume can be split into sections with alignment features and bonded or fastened together.
Upload details on the contact form or email a SolidWorks, STEP, STL or 3MF file. No CAD? Send a sketch or photo and we'll model it.
Priced per part from material, print time and quantity, with a recommended material and turnaround.
Local pickup in Ventura County, or shipped anywhere in the US.
Native SolidWorks and STEP files keep true geometry, so we can adjust holes and fits for printing instead of guessing from a mesh.
Tell us which bores, slots or mating faces matter. We'll orient the part and tune clearances to hold them.
Thicker walls print stronger and more reliably. Thin features under 1 mm may need redesign.
Use heat-set inserts for threads that get reused. We can add the bosses and install inserts for you.
Send the file and what it needs to do, and we'll recommend a material and quote it.
